Madina Associates helps students in selecting program and field of study as per their requirements. Once the required program and field of their study is selected, then they are assisted in searching the right University / college which offer the program of student’s choice along-with all other details like tuition fee, academic policy and any other requirements as IELTS etc.
After selecting the institution students are advised by Madina Associates to read the prospectus carefully before filling in admission form and state clearly the title of the selected course, session in which student wish to join. The completed filled application form must be returned to the institution along with copies of all relevant academic documents.

- Proof of English proficiency (IELTS or any other UKVI approved test)
- Copies of previous CAS letters and visas / BRP (for existing or previous Tier 4 Students)
Once institution receive application form, required academic documents, they will send a conditional letter of acceptance stating that institution is placing you in the selected course, subject to the payment of tuition fee.
Different institutions have different policies regarding the payment of tuition fee. The student will receive a fee payment plan with conditional letter / offer letter which includes the annaul tuition fee, initial depost and remaing installments. The initial deposit for issuing an unconditional letter is between £3,000 and £4,000.
Upon receipt of all the required documents and initial deposit, Institution issues unconditional offer / CAS letter to the student mentioning all details of the student, qualification, payment of fee, selected course and duration of course etc. Once the student receives unconditonal offer / CAS letter he/she can apply for the visa in accordance with the policy and procedure. Madina Associates helps student in preparing their application from documents submission till filling visa application.
